Important Guidelines for Thesis Submission

All graduate students preparing to submit their theses for the Spring 2026 session must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Submit the final draft to the department office by April 5, 2026.
  • Ensure compliance with the formatting and citation style provided in the Thesis Manual.
  • Late submissions will be subject to administrative penalties.

Announcement of Semester Examination Schedule

All students are hereby informed that the Semester Examinations for the Spring 2026 session will commence from March 10, 2026. Detailed schedules for each department have been posted on the university website. Students must ensure they check their respective examination halls and carry valid student ID cards.

Seminar Invitation: Department of Physics

The Department of Physics is organizing a seminar on “Advances in Quantum Materials” on December 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the Physics Lecture Hall. Dr. Ayesha Rahman, a leading researcher in quantum physics, will deliver the keynote lecture. All students and faculty members are encouraged to attend.

Notification of Academic Calendar Updates

The Academic Affairs Office announces updates to the 2025–26 Academic Calendar. The Summer Break has been rescheduled to June 15 – July 15, 2026, and registration for the Fall semester will start on August 1, 2026. Students are advised to check the updated calendar on the official website.

Call for Research Paper Submissions

The Department of Computer Science invites faculty and students to submit research papers for the upcoming International Conference on Emerging Technologies (ICET) 2026. Submissions are open until February 28, 2026. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Please follow the formatting guidelines on the conference portal.

Before attending the meeting, you are kindly requested to verify your students’ applications as both the course teacher and the advisor. Please ensure that all necessary documents submitted by the students as evidence have been thoroughly checked and confirmed. Without proper verification of documents, no student will be allowed to sit on the makeup/Overlap Midterm Examination.

Your presence and cooperation in maintaining a smooth examination process will be greatly appreciated.
